- I'd like to move Rose so he doesn't take away from the young guys. Same for Zo. Any 2 years deals are fine

- I want Alvin moved for a 2 year deal. I'll compensate in some way.

- I like future picks.

- I could use a young PG and/or SG with potential

No idea to be honest. I want to move him but I havea bit of time until I need the contract gone so I'm hesitant to give too much. At this point I'd probably give 2 2nds or something similar for a 2 year deal
